Antibody Corona
Virus Test Kit

Very high accuracy

Fast, easy and safe to use

No equipment requirement

Can monitor all phases of covid-19

High sensitivity
Diagnostic Kit (Colloidal Gold)
for IgG and IgM Antibodies against SARS-CoV-2
- IgM is the antibody occurred in the acute infection stage.
IgM can be tested about 3 to 5 days after the onset of the disease and disappear within 1 to 2 months after the infection.
- IgG is the antibody occurred in the middle and after stage of infection. Positive results indicate that the patient is recovering or has a previous infection. It is used to dynamic monitoring of the process of infection clinically through simultaneous test of IgM/IgG.

APPLICATION
Suspected case test in epidemic area:
Early test of fever clinic and CDC;
Screening of primary medical institutions;
Inspection of floating population in railway Station and airports
Features
15 minutes
10uL whole blood/serum/plasma, identify suspected patients quickly.
Reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of nucleic acid testing
Indicate both recent infection and previous infection to reduce missed diagnosis rate. Combined with nucleic acid testing to improve confirmed rate of suspected patients.
Convenient operation and prevent contamination
Low laboratory requirements, compatible with whole blood/serumplasma. Suitable for
large-scale screening in primary hospitals, physical examination, CDC and so on.
IMMUNE DEFENSE: IgM & IgG ANTIBODIES
Immunoglobulin M (IgM), which is found mainly in the blood and lymph fluid, is the first antibody to be made by the body to fight a new infection (the acute phase). Immunoglobulin G (IgG), the most abundant type of antibody, is found in all body fluids and protects against bacterial and viral infections. IgG is the antibody being produced from the middle -, during and late stage infection. Positive results indicate that the patient is recovering or has had a previous infection.
TEST METOD

Add 10uL ( 1 drop)
Specimen into the “S” well

Add 2 drops sample
diluent into the “S” well

Report the results
in 10-15 minutes.
RESULT INTERPRETATION
NOTE: Only tests with a clear colored line in the control test line region C (C) are valid
Positive

At least a colored line appears in the test line region G (G: the test person expresses
If both a colored line appears in the test line region G and region M l, it indicates that the test person expresses both
*NOTE: The intensity of the color in the test line region(s) (G and M) will vary depending on the concentration of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in the specimen. Therefore, any shade of color in the test line region(s) (G and M) should be considered positive.
Invalid

Control line fails to appear.
Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedure for the test are the most likely reasons for control line failure.
Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
Negative

No line appears in test line regions G and M (G and M).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is at risk of developing severe illness?
While we are still learning about how COVID-2019 affects people, older persons and persons with pre-existing medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, cancer or diabetes) appear to develop serious illness more often than others.
Is there a vaccine, drug or treatment for COVID-19?
Not yet. To date, there is no vaccine and no specific antiviral medicine to prevent or treat COVID-2019. However, those affected should receive care to relieve symptoms. People with serious illness should be hospitalized. Most patients recover thanks to supportive care.
Possible vaccines and some specific drug treatments are under investigation. They are being tested through clinical trials. WHO is coordinating efforts to develop vaccines and medicines to prevent and treat COVID-19.
The most effective ways to protect yourself and others against COVID-19 are to frequently clean your hands, cover your cough with the bend of elbow or tissue, and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet) from people who are coughing or sneezing. (See Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus).
Is COVID-19 the same as SARS?
No. The virus that causes COVID-19 and the one that caused the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2003 are related to each other genetically, but the diseases they cause are quite different.
SARS was more deadly but much less infectious than COVID-19. There have been no outbreaks of SARS anywhere in the world since 2003.
